This intense fat-burning workout alternates intervals of step choreography with body sculpting for the upper and lower body. Guaranteed to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. After completing eight intervals, class will finish up with abdominals and a relaxing stretch.

In Circuit Training we get the to heart of the "muscle burn" with 3 minute Circuits. Class uses dumbbells, exercise balls, tubing, etc. to help intensify the workout to burn calories, increase metabolic rate and cut and tone the body.
