PILOXING
A calorie blasting, muscle toning, core-centric mix of Pilates and Boxing moves guaranteed to whip you into shape.
RIP & RIDE
30 minutes of indoor group cycling class, followed by 30 minutes of strength training. This class requires an advance sign-up.
STEP
This 30-minute class will elevate your heart rate so you burn calories and fat.
TRX GROUP TRAINING
Suspension training that uses your own body weight to increase strength, flexibility, core stability, balance while building lean muscle. A great total body workout.
STABILITY BALL / STRETCH
An introductory class for all fitness levels utilizing the ball for conditioning as well as stretching. This class will challenge beginners as well as advanced with core isolation and strength exercises focusing on all major muscle groups.
MAT PILATES
This mat based class offers a total body conditioning system of all major muscle groups, in a logical sequence. The practice is structured around the abdomen, hips, lower back and buttocks – the center of the body.
ZUMBA
This fun-filled class will have you smiling and sweating while at the same time getting an incredible cardiovascular workout. If you've ever wanted to shake and shimmy, this is the class to do it in.
ABOVE THE BELT
We all want sculpted arms - right? This class will help get us what we want. 30 minutes of all upper body strength training.
SPIN
45 minutes of indoor group cycling class. Each participant manipulates the tension on their own bikes for their own workout. This class requires an advance sign up.
