Pre/Post Natal

Remaining Physically fit during your pregnancy is just as important as nutrition. It's the strength of the abdominal wall that pushes the baby out! Following a safe, effective program will also bring you back into condition after your new arrival.

Senior Strength & Balance

At the "Golden Age", individuals need an exercise program that goes beyond walking. With supervised strength training program, clients will be insured a safe, goal oriented workout while under the watchful eye of a Personal Trainer.

Golf Training

Perfecting the perfect swing takes a lot of flexibility, strength, agility, and posture. All of this will be introduced and practiced in this sports specific program. But, practicing the swing is up to you!

Teen Training

This program was developed for teens (ages 14-17) looking for an introduction to exercise. At this age, growth plates are not fully developed and this sets teen athletes up for injury. The education you receive will be invaluable to your teen today, and forever.

Elite Fitness has Long Beach Islands only year round Group Fitness Program. Our cutting edge group fitness classes include:

PILOXING

A calorie blasting, muscle toning, core-centric mix of Pilates and Boxing moves guaranteed to whip you into shape.

RIP & RIDE

30 minutes of indoor group cycling class, followed by 30 minutes of strength training. This class requires an advance sign-up.

STEP

This 30-minute class will elevate your heart rate so you burn calories and fat.

TRX GROUP TRAINING

Suspension training that uses your own body weight to increase strength, flexibility, core stability, balance while building lean muscle. A great total body workout.

STABILITY BALL / STRETCH

An introductory class for all fitness levels utilizing the ball for conditioning as well as stretching. This class will challenge beginners as well as advanced with core isolation and strength exercises focusing on all major muscle groups.

MAT PILATES

This mat based class offers a total body conditioning system of all major muscle groups, in a logical sequence. The practice is structured around the abdomen, hips, lower back and buttocks – the center of the body.

ZUMBA

This fun-filled class will have you smiling and sweating while at the same time getting an incredible cardiovascular workout. If you've ever wanted to shake and shimmy, this is the class to do it in.

ABOVE THE BELT

We all want sculpted arms - right? This class will help get us what we want. 30 minutes of all upper body strength training.

SPIN

45 minutes of indoor group cycling class. Each participant manipulates the tension on their own bikes for their own workout. This class requires an advance sign up.
